The chart illustrates the various Type 2 personal Hand Phasers developed during the 23rd Century under the authority of Starfleet’s Tactical Division, starting with the original Sestra Weapons Type 2 model of 2266, and ending with the Aerodyne Subsystems “Assault Phaser” of 2287.
