The project is to have a good enclosure system to print ABS and changing the shape of the Rostock maxV3 to be more monolithic
3 configurations for this enclosure( light & heavy)
I suggest to print with a 0.8 nozzle because in 0.4 it's take a very long time with the big parts.
For the heavy version, you can print 6 complete angles but you need to be very good in printing ( 3x "heavy version up, 3x heavy "version down")
or
you can print part by part, one angle need by angle:
-3x "part 1","part 2" and "part bis" for the upside angle
-3x "part 3", "part 1" and "part bis"for the botton angle
i think it's better to glue at the assembly, for me i use an abs juice
for the vertical section print:
-3x "door" & 6x "door 2"
-3x "door 3"
non-printing parts you need:
3x acrylics 70x28x0,5 centimeters
3x acrylics 72,4x14,4x0,8 centimeters
12 bolts and nuts for the door system*
3x metal rods always for the door system
6 magnets to plug on the "doors 3"
6 small pieces of metal to magnetize the doors

12 bolts & nuts to stare the angle of the frame of the RMV3*
