Bear_w_filter printed fine with no supports and the filter unit fit in as well. I didn't print a gasket which it should have in order to seal the outside. When I get a chance I will test print a TPU gasket and see how it fits. Right now I am printing Raven_w_filter to ensure it works as well.
Not sure why the other STLs are not displaying. Maybe they just need longer.

I have uploaded 3 masks with just an open vent and 3 with threads to hold a filter cartridge. I borrowed a couple of my wife's makeup pads to uses as filters. The filter material gets placed inside the cartridge and then the top cap is screwed into place. The whole filter cartridge assembly then gets screwed onto the mask. A gasket between the mask and the filter cartridge will provide a better seal.
I printed a partial test print to check the fit but have not yet checked with a complete mask. I have a print running and will verify this as soon as it is finished.
Obviously the gasket should be printed in TPU or can be made by hand with some flexible/soft material.

Just uploaded 3 low resolution STLs to see if its the file size that is not allowing the STLs to be made into thumbnails for displaying.
Looks like the low resolution STLS will display but the high res ones just cause it to hang.
Note:
I have temporarily removed the masks with the filter hole while I work on a better filter design. Once I get the sizes right I will upload the fixed models.

Just uploaded some slightly altered versions in order to try and use these as actual particulate filter masks. The new versions have a single vent hole which (hopefully) will fit with an insertable filter unit that I am currently test printing. The filter unit will require the user to provide some kind of filter material that can be inserted into the filter cartridge. In order to fit the cartridge into the mask there needs to be a couple of gaskets. These can be hand cut or printed using TPU.
I will upload the filter cartridge parts once I have test printed them (assuming they will work.)

Added Thunderbird to the group.

Okay I have taken some liberties and have named my masks. They are rather stylized so forgive the inaccuracies of the representations.
I have renamed the original to Raven and have uploaded a new one which I have named Bear.
Summary
I started playing with Fusion360's form tools and, since I had been trying TPU to make masks and then switched to PLA to make hard shell filter masks, I decided something a little more creative could be done instead of the same old standard filter mask.
Introducing the new. fashionable, hard case, filter mask. Inspired by the plague masks of Europe but trying to keep a more West Coast theme.
If I can figure out Fusion360 a little more I should be able to produce costume masks of any kind soon.
This mask can be printed with no supports. I did use a brim to hold it in place, and printed at 0.3 layer height and 120 mm/s
A smaller layer height and slower print would give a better finish but 2 hours was long enough to wait for a prototype and other than what looks like some coasting blemishes it turned out quite nicely.
The edge that contacts the face can be lined with some foam and/or the edge can be heated and carefully bent to fit the face better.
I will add others here when I make them. I can alter the nose area if it needs to be adjusted. I fitted it to my own face and I have a relatively high nose bridge.
If you do need to use it as a filter mask you would need to shove something down the nose. Maybe an old sock?
Obviously the filter aspect would require some redesigning, but it can be done if needed.
