Tevo Dual “Z” Axis Linear Rod Setup with Adjustable belt for the “ X” axis.
8mm Bearing supporting the weight of the “Z/X” Axis carriage,
Printed 0.2mm, 50% fill, No Support ( Except for “Z” axis stepper motor Mount, Printed with support Touching the Build plate ).
Item’s Needed,
1 x 8mm Bearing 608 ( 8x22x7mm )
1 x 8mm Flat Washer ( > Stepper Motor > Coupling > Washer > Bearing ).
2 x 8mm x 400m linear Shaft / Rod,
4 x 8mm bearing Blocks - SCS8UU, I Suggest you pull these apart & grease them before assembling/fixing your printer together, Save you doing later, Also check them for burrs & fit as I have had faulty one.
16 x M4 x 10mm Hex Head bolts,
M5 Left over from the machine for Adjustable “X” axis,
M4 x 10mm & M4 T – Nuts to mount op & bottom sections to frame, Approx 16, there are more holes than needed, but you can add / leave as needed.
1 x M3 x 35mm, Idler pulley next to stepper Motor .
