The length and width are approximately 53 mm x 18 mm. Thickness varies from 2.2-2.6 mm.

The open circuit voltage (Voc) I measured was initially 0.6V then it decreased to 0.58V on a full bright sunny day.

The Voc may vary slightly from vendor to vendor for this specific size.

Connect 5 of these together in series and you may get close to a 3V charging rate to charge a 3V supercapacitor at around 100 mA. Be careful and don't go over the voltage rating of the supercapacitor or you may damage it.

Use this ideal diode to prevent reverse current leakage from the supercapacitor to the solar panels when they get shaded or it gets dark:
