KP3S BMG Extruder v6 hotend Adapter with BLTouch / ABL / 4020- or 5015 Cooling
This is my remix of Artifical's amazing BMG V6 mod for the KP3S. All credit goes to him for making the original adapter plate, without him this mod would not be possible, I also want to give credit to graham who's fan duct is simply amazing, both version 4020 as well as 5015 are a work of art. All that was left for me to do was mix some things together, so again all credit goes to these two guys.
This version of the BMG Extruder V6 Hotend Adapter allows for use with a BLTouch Sensor as well as a regular inductive sensor or even EZABL, which the original simply did not have enough space for. Additionally, there are two versions for both 4020 and 5015 cooling fans, I mixed in Graham's duct which is simply amazing as it has a divider in the middle so you won't have to worry about the air not reaching the far side of the fan duct with this kit.
If you want to use the BLTouch version you will also need to print the BLTouch_Holder which can then slide into place. (Print with supports, it's slightly adjusted because the mounting arm can't move up much further unfortunately, as that would interfere with the slot for the hotend and thermistor wires)
In case you don't have any type of sensor but for some reason don't want to use the original version of this kit I recommend you print the BLTouch version as the mount for it is not a big sore to the eye.
You will need to use the fan adapter of the v6 in combination with the kp3s 3010 to 4010 mount if you intend to use a 4010 fan with this mod. Or download something like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:354723/ (haven't tested if this particulart one fits)
Print this duct with 100% Infill, PLA or PETG will do.
You need to print it with custom supports as shown in the provided picture. Make sure there are no supports within the duct itself, only from the underside. Takes roughly 6 hours to print, + or - 15 minutes depending on the speed you go for.
AGAIN credit goes to Artifical for making the adapter plate which allows to mount a BMG including a v6 hotend, as well as moving the extruder motor to the back which drastically improves the weight distribution in addition to making it lighter. Not only is the heavy extruder motor moved to the back, but it's also replaced with a pancake stepper.
Don't forget to change the inner two wires of the cable going into the pancake stepper motor, do that by levering the pins out of the slot with, e.g. a small screwdriver. (Probably has to be done for any off the shelf motor) If you don't change them you will see your pancake twitch but not turn.
Mount the "limit" stl to the base &
Also zip-tie the cables to the adapter.

V6 Hotend (the v5 of the kp3s has the same diameter heater cartridge, meaning it fits so I used the cheapest clone I could find which was 12v, and used the stock heater cartridge and thermistor)

If you want to add auto bed leveling, the easiest way would be if the sensor is 5v and either capacative (for stock bed, glass) or inductive (for spring steel PEI). It can just plug into the Z port on the mainboard with some dupont jumper wire (connectors). Or go with a Bltouch of course.
Fan duct in this design came from graham01 (thingiverse would not let me add a second remix file) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775
