A Direct Drive Hotend Assembly for my E3D V6 Volcano Hotend with a BMG Extruder and a BLTouch Mount. No PTFE Tube is used here. I wanted a light but sturdy design without any frills.
Parts:
BMG Extruder with a Pancake Stepper Motor (at least I use it :P)
V6 Volcano Hotend
4020 Fan
5015 Fan for Part cooling
(BLtouch)
Some M3 Screws and a nut
Print time is around 6h with my conservative settings
This Part is still in testing Phase and I'm very new to designing models in fusion360. So please have mercy on me if it's ugly ;-;
