Flexible anthropomorphic robot with 3 RDS3220MG servos.
2 servos at the base guarantee an almost double lifting load, about 1.4 kg at 20 cm from the base.
Easy to assemble robot with few parts to 3D print.
I use 40x20x1.2mm and 80x20x2mm aluminum rectangular tubes as a link.
Possibility to extend the links through the internal adapters to be 3D printed.
Lifting load of about 1,4Kg at a distance of 200mm from the base.
Dynamic analysis carried out with:
- 2 motor with torque of 22 Kg cm
- aluminum for link1 2 link2
- hypothesized motors of steel
- ABS plastic molded parts
- screws and bolts in steel
NB: the model must not be used for commercial purposes
