Anthropomorphic robot with RDS3220MG

Flexible anthropomorphic robot with 2 RDS3220MG servos.
Easy to assemble robot with few parts to 3D print.
I use 40x20x1.2mm aluminum rectangular tubes as a link.
Possibility to extend the links through the internal adapters to be 3D printed.
Lifting load of about 0.7Kg at a distance of 200mm from the base.
Dynamic analysis carried out with:
- motor torque of 22 Kg cm
- aluminum for link1 2 link2
- hypothesized motors of steel
- ABS plastic molded parts
- screws and bolts in steel
PS: the RDS3120mg servo complete with brackets weighs only 85kg against the approximately 300g I had estimated.
The lifting load is therefore higher.
NB: the model must not be used for commercial purposes
