At 275 feet long, or 83.82 meters, the Elegance Class ships were as long as a medium sized Ginian Frigate. At 40 feet wide, or 12.2 meters wide, a complete compliment of 13 people (7 passengers and 4 crew) can ride comfortably within her and with a height of 30 feet, or 9.14 meters tall, she's as tall as a 3-story building. The Elegance Class ships were made with absolute luxury and beauty in mind, each room within the ship is fitted with the finest decorum imaginable. The ship offers a lot of amenities such as a full kitchen, bathrooms for each stateroom (including the crew quarters), a master suite for the ship's owner and a full living room to watch movies or to surf the galactic net. The sleek and aerodynamic frame of the Elegance Class allows the ship to pierce through a planet's atmosphere with relative ease and her two, XJ-59Z Impulse engines propel the Elegance Class ships through a planet's atmosphere within ten minutes. While the ship looks like a luxury space yacht on the outside, the Elegance Class starships are nowhere near defenseless. Her weapons are minimum but they're extremely powerful for a ship her size, she carries two, concealed Mk.XV dual laser turrets that can fire both energy based or projectile based munitions. Each turret can either be computer guided or manually guided by the co-pilot and navigator. She also has two, concealed Mk.X Missile Launchers that can fire either proton, quantum or janinite missiles. For defense, the Elegance Class has top tier ablative hull armor that can withstand a direct assault from a battlecruiser and a primary and secondary shield system, with the primary system being so powerful for a ship her size that it rivals the Symbiont Class Cruiser, the USS Sherry. The first of five ships, the USS Elegance was launched from the New Dawn City Shipyards in 2189 A.E.D. During her trial runs, the USS Elegance set an unparalleled speed record by going through the harshest and most difficult region of space in less that eight parsecs. The second ship, the USS Radiance was launched a year later and she too set an unparalleled record by completing her space-trials in less than 72 hours. The third ship, the USS Brilliance set a humanitarian record when she was successfully able to rescue all survivors from a ship caught in the gravity of a class 10 black hole and was able to fly away. The fourth ship, the USS Magnificence, set a wartime record of her own, when she dropped a Ginian super weapon that not only destroyed the Adamonians super weapon; but also wiped out three hundred billion lives. The final Elegance Class ship, the USS Transcendence, became the ship for the Alexandrian Royal Family and overseen several peace treaties over several dozen races. Even after several decades of being launched and serving through several known conflicts, including the Adamonian Crisis, the Elegance Class Ships are, to this day, the most magnificant and most beautifully designed Ginian Starships.
