This is a keychain to hold a small USB-C to microusb converter. USB-C is the new standard for the Nexus 6P and the Nexus 5X but the cables are hard to come by. Having a converter so that you can use any microusb cable is very handy.
I like the idea of drepamig & Sach's keychain holders a lot but I didn't love either that the hole was positioned on top or the fact that I'd have to remove the converter dongle from the holder in order to use it.
This version that I made will attach permanently to the usb converter and can stay on your keys even when you're using it.
It's sized to be used with the TechMatte USB-C to microusb converter. The converter is 5mm thick, 9.9mm wide and 15.9mm long.
The internal dimensions of my keychain adapter are 6mm by 11mm with a internal dent on the top and the bottom that leaves a 4mm gap. This interference fit provides a very snug fit: I was able to press it in easily and now that I have it in I can't get it back out without pliers. That's exactly the fit I was looking for.
Since the keychain ring hole is on the side you can use this dongle while it's attached to your keys.

If your 3D printer has dimensional issues, use this table to scale your model in order to get a proper 1mm interference fit.
Scale table:
1.00: 3.99mm
0.99: 3.95
0.95: 3.79
0.90: 3.59
1.01: 4.03
1.05: 4.18
1.10: 4.38
1.20: 4.78
