Designed in FreeCAD for my Thinkpad T420 laptop. Slot for laptop is 21mm. Slight angle in the slot (5 degrees) to compensate for its center of gravity.
To ensure rigidity, I printed in PLA with:
0.8 nozzle
0.4 layer height
4 top/bottom layers
3 walls
50% Cubic Subdivision infill
If you have a 0.4 nozzle:
0.2 layer height
8 top/bottom layers
6 walls
50% Cubic Subdivision infill.
