Based on the Problem Solvers truing stand adapters (https://problemsolversbike.com/products/tools/truing_stand_accessories_-_25444). Pictures used from the product page.
There are a couple variants I published. The files can be trivially edited to make whatever set you want.
Part files are available in double (only two hub sizes) or triple (three hub sizes) configurations.

There is an o-ring groove for an o-ring of 2 mm cross-sectional diameter. Get them in an nominal diameter slightly smaller than the intended thru-axle size, & it should stretch to fit.
You may be able to get away with cutting pieces of inner tube as a substitute, or even forgoing any sort of retention at all.
All interfaces have a diametral clearance of 0.1 mm built-in. Hopefully this compensates well for material shrinkage & dimensional intolerance.
With good luck, it's already a very slight interference fit & o-rings are unnecessary.
24 Sep 18: added single size adapters in 12 & 15 mm sizes. I printed 12/15 mm adapter & the 32 mm length dimension was within +.05 mm, but I was seeing -.15 mm on the crucial diameters (11.75 mm instead of 11.90 mm = 12 mm nominal - 0.1 mm diametral clearance). These ones are oversized by 0.15 mm. I'll see what happens.
I cut up a very small cross-section tube (700 x 19-25 is my guess) & it fit well in the groove on the 15 mm section. The 12 mm section was too small to accept any such o-ring substitute.
28 Sep 18: found a good diametral clearance. I've updated all the STLs.
