Origin8 MT-3100 100 mm Endcaps by aiber

I inherited an Origin8 MT-3100 hub, which is a front 15 mm thru-axle hub. Interestingly, this is a "flush-axle" hub, meaning that the hub axle is nearly flush with the end faces of the hub. The effective "OLD" is 78 mm, making it impossible to use without the endcaps.
As luck would have it, I didn't have the endcaps. Origin8 kindly sent me some, but my bike is stuck with 12 x 100 mm TA in the front, so I wanted to take the dimensions down & make my own 12 mm endcaps.
This posed some issues, since the o-ring is pretty buried in there. Still pending o-ring specs (can't measure them well) from Origin8. Installing them would be less of an issue than removing them. Honestly, I don't know how useful they would be.
On the non-driveside, the o-ring contacts the hub axle, which protrudes beyond the bearing face.
On the driveside, the o-ring is there, but literally has no contact with the hub-axle. I imagine they repurposed the endcaps from some other hub. It has zero retention ability other than a minuscule lip on the driveside face, & friction/contact with the bearing face & hub axle (they are flush on this side).
I think Origin8 is the only manufacturer of flush-axle hubs like this, & I have no idea why anyone would buy this, except by mistake. The driveside endcap will almost certainly fall out every time you remove the skewer, & there are no forks in the world that take an OLD of 78 mm.
I will upload the full STLs & updated models once I receive the o-ring specs from Origin8.
