Rubber-band clamp

I found a small extruded-aluminum clamp on the street a few years ago, and have not been able to find any place to buy more of them. I decided to reverse-engineer and 3D print one.
Thingiverse seems to have distorted some of my photos, because they did not like the aspect ratio of the original photos. For a better view, seehttps://gasstationwithoutpumps.wordpress.com/2019/10/15/extruded-clamp/
I was hesitant about releasing the model, as the original design was not mine, but I contacted the company whose logo I thought was on the clamp (James Taylor Clamps) and they said:
"I have looked through our old brochures and have not seen a clamp like that.
We have not built anything like that in my 41 years here.
Good luck with your project."
It turns out that was the wrong company. The design was actually by Taylor Guitars, and the clamp is a "kerfing clamp" that they use and used to sell to guitar makers. They no longer sell the clamp, but have given permission to the guitar supply store, Stewart MacDonald, to copy the design.https://www.stewmac.com/Luthier_Tools/Types_of_Tools/Clamps/Kerfed_Lining_Clamps_10_Pack.html
I am trying to get permission from Taylor Guitars to leave this design on Thingiverse, but if they deny permission, I will take the design down as it is clearly their intellectual property, not mine.
2019 Dec 26: I just saw that someone else had posted this to Thingiverse well before I did:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2910032
We both copied the same clamp design from Taylor Guitars independently.
