This is my design for the Lunar TORCH Heliostat. The rover body is about 5.98 square meters and the actual reflecting part of the heliostat is about 16 square meters. The mirrors are clear and blue and the solar panels, which are part of the heliostat, are black. There are two square meters of solar panelling and they are in contact of sunlight when the heliostat is opened or closed. As shown in the video, when the heliostat activates, it is turned at an axle at 90 degrees, extended upwards by 1.8 meters, and then folds outward. The full heliostat can turn both vertically and horizontally as it is connected to a gyro which can turn in either direction. The tires have an angular sweep of 90 degrees.

Attached are the files for my design, a few screenshots of the several stages of my design, and a video of my design unfolding and activating.
