This is my entry for the NASA Lunar TORCH Competition. The rover body is about 5.9 square feet and the actual heliostat is only 2 square feet of area when resting and 16 square feet of area when deployed. As part of the heliostat, there are two solar panels which total to 2 square feet in total which are part of the heliostat (they are shown in black while the mirrors are shown in clear blue). The heliostat functions being turned at a 90 degree angle, being extended 1.8 meters, and then folding open as shown through the attached video. The tires have a radius of .5 square meters and have an angular sweep of 90 degrees.

Attached are some screenshots of some of the phases of the heliostat, an stl file of the dormant heliostat, and a video of the heliostat being deployed.
