Do you have so many keys it is no more comfortable with them in your pocket?
This thing is markedly inspired by:http://www.facebook.com/keystonesingaporehttp://www.keystonesawait.comhttps://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2097483958/keystone
For assembling this you will need print file keystone_simple.
If you have regular keys, in file keystone_inserts you will find inserts for the keyholes, because screw for assembling is smaller than hole in key. If you have some keys not standard format, you will need to create your own insert, but this is not necessary. It only prevents keys being wobbly on the screw.
Next you will need two screws M4 and two matrixes M4. Also a lot of washers between keys and on both sides of inside.
For assembling start with two screws inserted in one of keystone parts - it is the one with rounded holes. Next insert washer on each screw. Then insert key with insert, then washer and repeat this until you have keys left. On end insert one washer for space between last key and keystone ending. Then insert keystone ending - it is one with hexagonal holes. Then add matrixes, arrange them to level with actual holes in keystone and start tightening the screws.
You can arrange your keys your way, but I recommend you to insert at least one washer between each key.
If you have same usb as I have, you could print keystone_usb_kingston_datatravelerSE9 too.
