This is a hubcap-style grip training tool for pinch grip training, intended to serve a purpose similar to the Ironmind's Hubcap gripper.
To complete the tool, pass two ends of a rope (e.g. paracord) through the holes from the bottom, tying knots on top. Optionally, you can use washers on top to help spread the load from the knots to the top layer.
Now you can attach a carabiner on the rope at the bottom and hook up weights for lifting.
The tool should be used by pinching the handle (the tall narrower part) with the fingertips and lifting up.
