Hidden air pump holder for the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelec.
The best air pump is useless if you don't have it with you - and who takes a pump with them on a short ride? Very few - or if you need it, you've forgotten it.
What could be more obvious than to attach a small cheap air pump almost invisibly to the bike, so that you can fall back on a pump in case of need instead of pushing?

The pump has a good pumping performance for its small size - there are also other manufacturers, but everyone can decide for themselves what makes sense.
This bracket may also be suitable for other air pumps - alternatively, you can adapt the print file in Blender.
The pump comes with a holder, but it cannot be attached invisibly to the Blaupunkt Fiene/Fiete 500 - and I didn't want to drill into the bike. That's exactly what a 3D printer is for.
The holder is mounted on the frame with Tesa Powerstrips to prevent it from moving, and the final mounting is done with black cable ties (2 pieces). You can also use other adhesives, but you may want to remove the whole thing without a trace at some point in future.
This way the pump disappears into the bottom of the fork from the inside and is not directly visible from the outside. If you don't know that there is a pump there, you don't normally look there.
The pump is adjusted in the holder and then clicked into place, depending on how you mount the whole thing. As an additional support, you can tighten a small rubber around the printed holder - but you don't have to, the whole thing holds perfectly - the rubber is included with the original holder, so you can use it.
In addition, there is the blow-out valve protection, because if the pump is already so close to the bottom of the wheel, it also gets dirty and the dirt should not get into the pump. You just click the protection on, and if necessary you pull it off. Depending on how tight it is, you can adjust it from the inside with a file.
The whole thing was printed in PETG on edge ! - not lying down ! If you print it lying down it can break when you click it in - make sure you print it standing up with raft and supports. Printing time approx. 2,5 hours.
The first version was printed in PLA, but it also broke into 2 parts when clicking in. PETG is definitely recommended - maybe even ABS.

Die beste Luftpumpe bringt nicht, wenn sie nicht dabei ist - und wer nimmt auf eine kleine Spritztour schon eine Pumpe mit ? Die wenigsten - oder wenn man sie mal braucht hat man sie vergessen.
Was liegt da näher als eine kleine billige Luftpumpe fast unsichtbar am Fahrrad zu befestigen, so das man Notfalls auf eine Pumpe zurück greifen kann, anstatt zu schieben ?

Die Pumpe hat aich eine recht gute Pumpleitung für die geringe Größe - gibt auch andere Hersteller, aber jeder kann selbst entscheiden was sinn macht.
Evtl. passt diese Halterung auch für andere Luftpumpen - alternativ kann man sich die Druckdatei ja in Blender anpassen.
Die Pumpe bringt zwar einen Halter mit, der aber nicht Unsichtbar am Blaupunkt Fiene/Fiete 500 befestigt werden kann - und anbohren wollte ich das Fahrrad nicht. Für genau diese Zwecke hat man einen 3D Drucker.
Montage des Halters geschieht mit einem Tesa Powerstrips gegen das verschieben am Rahmen, die endbefestigung geschieht durch Schwarze Kabelbinder (2 Stück). Man kann auch anderen Kleber verwenden, aber evtl. möchte man das ganze irgendwann wieder mal Spurlos lösen.
So verschwindet die Pumpe unten in der Gabel von Innen, von Außen nicht direkt sichtbar. Wenn man nicht weiss das da eine Pumpe ist, guckt man dort normalerweile auch nicht hin.
Die Pumpe wird in den Halter eingestellt und dann eingeklickt. je nachdem wie rum man das ganze montiert. Als zusätzlichen halt kann man noch ein kleines Gummi um die angedruckten Halter spannen - muss aber nicht, das ganze hält Bombenfest - das Gummi ist bei der Original Halterung dabei, kann man also nutzen.
Dazu gibt es noch den Ausblas Ventil Schutz, denn wenn die Pumpe schon so nah unten am Rad sitzt, wird sie auch Dreckig und der Dreck soll ja nicht in die Pumpe gelangen. Den Schutz klickt man nur auf, und bei bedarf zieht man ihn dann ab. Je nachdem wie eng er sitzt kann man ihn von innen mit einer Feile anpassen.
Gedruckt wurde das ganze in PETG in Hochkant ! - nicht liegend ! Wenn man es Liegend druckt kann es beim rein klicken brechen - unbedingt stehend mit Raft und Supports drucken. Druckzeit ca. 2,5 Stunden.
Die erste Version wurde noch in PLA gedruckt, aber die brach auch beim reinklicken in 2 Teile. PETG ist unbedingt zu empfehlen - vieleicht sogar ABS.
