Do not use this, look at my Spring Extruder, it's far better.
This was fine for the era but it's several years old, fickle and horrible by modern standards.
This is the extruder used on the Griffin Delta printer, and one without mounting ears.
It allows the use of geared and normal Nema 17 stepper motors (see the instructions for the geared stepper it fits) as well as several bowden options.
Features:
Uses little plastic
Easy to clean, exposed hob
One side allows for a feeder tube or bowden
While the other side uses a screw on cap, which makes for easy removal of bowden tubes as well as allowing for the use of a 4mm captive nut instead of a pneumatic fitting. This whole assembly can be cut off if not wanted.
*To use the nut, you need to break off the inner ring under the screw on cap to make room for the nut.
