This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is is not overly tight. I've allowed about .5 to 1.0mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick on the outside and .8mm thick on the inside. If using a .8 nozzle enable Print Thin Walls.

Print the following pieces.
2x Character Tray
2x Character Tray Mirrored (Do this with your slicer)
1x Large Card Tray
1x Monster Tray
1x Small Card Tray
1x Stand Tray
1x Token Tray 1
1x Token Tray 2
I've added Monster Tray Split 1 and 2 for smaller format printers they are only printed if you can not fit the Monster Tray on your print bed. On an Ender 3 the Monster Tray will fit you need to turn off Build Plate Adhesion ie. Skirt or Brim

They are about halfway between a penny and a premium sleeve in thickness and leave pleanty of room in the card trays if you wish to do something fancier like dividers for the monster cards. They also fit better than FFG that seem to have a lot of extra sleeve at the top.
