Added a new connector piece which enables you to build square shaped gates.
This is a new design concept for micro quad race gates.
The gate parts press fit together and are hollow. Therefor you can route a LED strip through.
The new design doesn't only look cool, it also reduces the glare significantly compared to exposed LED stripes, when flying via FPV cam. Check out the demonstration Videos (post-printing section).
The walls of the straight pieces are quite thin. Therefore it prints quickly, consumes less gilament and all kind of filaments can be used for this. Transluscent, glass and opaque as well.
0.3mm layer height is absolutely sufficient.
After assembling the gate, it can be easily folded together into 3 long, narrow and light weight pieces, which makes transportation pretty simple. Just don't make the LED strip to short.
Further connection pieces will be designed, if there's demand.
