This is a very accurate device. The design clearance between the elements is 0-0.1mm. Print on a correctly calibrated printer and clean printed parts before assembly. Use fine grid sandpaper if needed.
The Pin "ender5_belt_tensioner_x_axis_part_2_v.stl" should go into inside bearing bore without gap (I increased filament Flow Rate about 4% during printing this part to reach real diameter 8.05mm).
