This is a case for a Frenda brand LM2596S buck converter with voltmeter display. There are four holes in the base that you can use two M3 8mm bolts and t-nuts to mount it on 2020 v-slot extrusion. There is an adjustment knob that can be super glued to the potentiometer. Alternatively, you can use a screw driver via the same access hole. A flexible segment on the cover allows you to press the mode button. You will need four M3 20mm bolts and nuts to secure the cover to the case.
