I have built a Skybunny from the downloadable plans available (https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=12340). Many free flight model clubs host mass launches of this very nice flying airplane.
There are STL files for the rib templates, rib cutting base, and wheels. The are (2) ribs per template. The model requires (2) of each rib. The rib cutting base is required to use the templates. I tap the base for M3 bolt. The ribs are cut from 6-8lb density 1/16" balsa wood. I cut 1/2" wide strips long enough to be trimmed in the template for each rib. The spar slots are made for 3/32" square balsa wood. The template slots may need to be filed open to clear the spars.
I printed the templates from PLA @ 215 hot end, 65 bed. I used PETG 245 hot end & 90deg bed for the wheels so the UV outside wouldn't effect them. I used 1mm music wire for the landing gear so the axle will need to be slightly cleaned out to roll smoothly.
The ribs will be slightly too long and need to be sanded to fit.
Enjoy your Skybunny build with these easy to use templates and printed wheels!! My Skybunny flew away on its 6th flight using a 22in loop of 3/16" Super Sport rubber with 1300 winds using a Sig 7in plastic propeller.
