PLA Wing Structure with ribs, spars and stringers
Prototyping a design of a wing which incorporates PLA ribs, PLA stringers and longerons with a glass fiber spar.

Spar length: 16" x 6.5mm Dia
Ribs are 4" long x 15mm High and 1.6 and 3.2 mm wide. - 10min print time ea
14 ribs reqd
Using Solidworks 2016 for mockup and design, Cura 4x for slicing and printing on Ender 3 with upgraded motherboard in PLA at these settings:
extruder: 222C
BED TEMP: 37C.
80mm/s speed with z-hop
4mm infill line dist.
20% infill @ tri-hexagonal
Blue painter's tape lined glass bed.
Using a .10mm feeler gauge for bed leveling with gcode script.
