This micro drone propeller was designed using the Archer A18 F1C Smoothed airfoil coordinates. All testing was done on the Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig (all results below).
Part printed at slow speed, with the help of a 0.2mm nozzle at 0.04mm layer height. I cleaned the print with the help of an X-ACTO Knife
After this, it was sanded with a small piece of 400 grit sandpaper.
Here are the thrust measurements for a few voltage presets (you can also view these in the images):
1.5V => 11.13 grams
2V => 17.93 grams
2.5V => 27.99 grams
3V => 38.37 grams
The files I included consist of all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to have some fun with this propeller, you should get a 8520 coreless motor.
Use the SLDPRT files, just in case you desire to adapt the propeller model to suit your own needs.
