Needed a 3 blade spinner for my FT Spitfire but wasn't able to find one that would fit so made my own and sharing here for anyone that wants to try it or modify it (included .skp file). Images included are of Spinner Base 2 and Spinner Top 2 fitted to the FT Spitfire and a 8040x3 prop.
This spinner is designed to fit on a 4mm propshaft however can be drilled out to fit larger shafts if needed. M4 screws (4mm thread diameter) are needed to fasten the top to the base, ideal length would be 10mm to get enough grip but avoid prop contact.
Modeled primarily for a 8040x3 prop but has a large tolerance for other props (especially Base 1). If you're unsure which is best for you or want to modify the design you can load them up in Sketchup (or your preferred editor) and measure/modify aspects to fit your prop.
Spinner Base 2 is probably the better one to print as it's got less unnecessary spacing in for the props however if you're unsure your prop will fit Base 2 then try the Base 1 will probably be best.
