適当に出力して、m3のネジ山を切れば固定できと思います。（m3×8mm）
後はケーブルを無理矢理押し込んで完成です。(壊れない程度に）
少々不格好ですが、楽な方が嬉しい方向けです。

プリンターに取り付ける前にm3のネジとナット6セットを用いてz軸天板aに取り付けてください。
凹凸が色々ある方が上面です。
先にz軸天板a側にプリンター取り付け用ナット2個を入れるのを忘れないこと。

...いう意見もあります。注意していただきたいのは、このパーツはz軸を強制的に固定させるものではなく、ガイドとして優しくz軸を受け止めて中心が暴れないようにする。取り付け後にネジ固定時にはテーブルをzの上下に動かして様子を見ながらゆっくり余裕を持って締めて下さい。
