Do not like your ZMR160 quadcopter? Too low on power with 3" props?
Frame itself is wide enough to fit 3.5" props (even slightly sanded down 4" too), but not enough space between motors - so you need to angle them.
Complete solution:
get 30mm standoffs (available everywhere or just cut down longer standoffs and make thread)
print 2xL and 2xR motormounts
screw 1306 or 1407 (recommended) motors on angled mounts and use 3.5" props
print front camera mount and use HS1177 instead of crappy CMOS camera, like all FPV'ers do
print Xiaomi mount and screw it on top, so you can have HD video from your flights
OPTIONAL:
if you're using LRS like i do and need additional lightning (nice to have LED on rear, so others can easily follow you) - print rear mount. I put 5.8G VTX/OLRS here + LED: http://www.banggood.com/6W-6000K-COB-LED-C5W-Festoon-Bulb-No-Error-Number-License-Plate-Light-White-p-1000754.html (41mm without alu plate, unsoldered metal endings and 300oHm resistors).
My specs - did maiden with DAL 5040 cut down to 3.5", 4S 1Ah nanopuff battery - 411g AUW (can be made lighter i guess, sub-400g, by shorting wires and sanding some stuff, also i have "painted botom" - green). Hovers at ~45%, will go for 3-bladed props. Motors - RCX 1407/DODO FC/micro minimOSD, 250mW 5.8G VTX/OLRS MiniRX. Looks OK, requires minor tunning on latest BF, but already flies acceptable.
FPV camera can be tilted ~60°, HD cam tilt is 24°.
Motormounts are 12°, so HD cam is 36° on "frame-level-flight", which is enough for mid-power FFF. FPV cam usefull tilt can be ~70° (depends which lens you use), should be enough even for hardcore FFF.
Weak point - SMA connectors on end, i should add protectors and stuff - maybe will do that in future (re-designed rear end 4 times already, still not perfect). On very hard crash SMA connectors may break off together with rear - better "integrate" them into sides/frame middle, so motor arms can work as protectors.
For most users this does not matter, because all would just use angled mounts and Xiaomi Yi/front mount.
All stuff fits without issues, there's enough space for current sensor, much bigger buzzer and so on.
EDIT: friend filmed my maiden flight with this copter, see here for complete copter in action: https://youtu.be/ca9bIJ1NOug
Second flight, with 3-bladed gemfan 5030 cut to 3530 - 6min flight time, 38% hover: https://youtu.be/VqaeOb67gHo
