Zidrii Crawler

Like the Zidrii Scout, the Crawler is a Biomechanical Remote controlled Droid (commonly referred by Imperial Marine Forces as a Zidroid). Based on the same TechnoOrganic technology, it's frame consist of 3 types of modules. The Head contains the organic CPU that controls the entire unit (the same parasite organism found as CPU for the Scout Unit and attached to the brain of the Zidrii Drone) is armed with BattleAcid projectors, the Tail (armed with a bioelectric plasma cannon) and the pod segments. Each pod segment is an individual Zidroid with 3 crawler legs (the one on the back hooks to the next pod leaving 2 razor sharp legs to crawl). Is 10' long and 3' tall, incredible fast and able to crawl in walls and ceilings or even dig tunnels under the ground. Seems to be designed for infiltration and search & destroy missions. Imperial Shocktroopers survivors from the Siege of Corianna informs that when they destroyed the organic CPU in one Crawler's Head, all the segments detached and attacked as a swarm in a suicide frenzy with their razor-sharp legs, cutting an entire Imperial Marines unit to pieces.
