3200 Series T-Slot side rail cleated modular belt, Z frame Inclining LPZ Conveyor 10" (254mm) nominal width, with a L1 horizontal discharge module, 2' 6" (762mm) long with standard discharge tail, drive shaft in position A, 45 degree L2 mid module, 5' 8" (1727mm) long. Horizontal L3 infeed module 2' 6" (762mm) long with standard infeed tail, type 3-3" (76mm) bolt on inset high side profile. Plastic chain is type NH flush grid (open mesh) polypropylene with 3" (76mm) tall cleats on 10" (254mm) centers. Note: Usable chain width is 7.25" (184mm). Depending upon belt width, each individual cleat may consist of multiple pieces. Conveyor overall horizontal length is 9' - 0.1" (2745mm) as configured.

Above conveyor load capacity is 20 lbs. per square foot (97 kgs per square meter) not to exceed a maximum conveyor load of 119 lbs. (54 kg) based on a conveyor incline of 45 degrees and a non-accumulated load. Stand support components will provide an infeed belt height of 24" (610mm) and a discharge belt height of 72" (1829mm). Pocket spacing may vary up to 1.5" (38mm) larger than selected spacing due to material selected, belt wear and thermal expansion. If cleat spacing is critical, the original spacing should be sized to compensate for future shortening of the belt. Conveyor is not reversible. Support stands must be lagged (secured) to the floor for stability.
