This is a classic Z-stabilizer for Ender 3 with 608 ball bearing all-in-one, fully printable.
Warning! This will put a strain on the accuracy of your printer. You are warned.
Print at 0.1 or 0.2 (better 0.1 or adaptive layers) and use supports.
If you are really crazy try to print it, then post the make!
