This is designed to be used on a C or D-Bot with 4 lead screws and attach to V-Slot linear rails. This helps support a printer with large print surface area (mine is currently 22" x 28" x 32").
Place the following items on a cheap 5/16 threaded rod from your local hardware store.
1) Lock Nut
2) 608zz bearing (8mm x 22mm x 7mm)
3) Printed V-slot threaded rod bearing (screw this into the top of the V-Slot)
4) Printed Horizontal V-bar End
5) A regular nut (should fit into nut slot on the printed V-slot V-Bar)
6) 628zz bearing
7) Printed V-slot threaded rod bearing (screw this to the bottom of the V-Slot)
8) 8mm 16tooth pulley
Add three more of those and some V-slot between them and you have a very sturdy Z axis.
Fan modified to work on C-Bot motors.
