This is a 3d model of a Securitron from Fallout New Vegas. Credit for the model goes here: https://grabcad.com/library/fallout-new-vegas-securitron-1
I edited the solid model to enlarge the face on the screen, remove some features that were too small to print, and hollow out the back to save some material. I hollowed it out with a large radius (ends of curves nearly touching), so it should print without support material. The model is split in 2 so that it can be printed in 2 halves.
I cut the wheel flat on the bottom so the model can stand on its own once printed (Even printing just the front half works). There is also a large cavity in the wheel so it can be put on a stand or some weight can be put in there for stability.
There is a Yes Man design with the face engraved into the screen, and one with a blank screen (face could be painted on). The other faces are on here as images in case anyone needs them, but I could not trace them into a good looking shape because of their level of detail. Yes Man's face is just a smiley so it looks fine. I'm sure people would love a remix if anyone is more talented than I am with layered graphics. (As a side note, Yes Man actually has claw hands, but all other securitrons have gun hands. I left the gun hands on the model because the claws would be harder to print and would not fit for the standard securitrons, which there are 3 of).
The model is somewhere around 6 inches tall, but it scales well. I printed a 3" one without any issue, but haven't printed one full sized yet. If you have any reasonable requests, I can fairly easily modify the model, or send the solid model.
Update: An armless version was created so that flexible tubes could be inserted into the body and hands to allow movable arms.
