This part is a simple y-axis tensioner. It has been designed for the Anet A8 Plus printer.
The extra materials needed are listed here:
Adjusting Rods:
2 M4 Nuts
2 M4 Screws 30mm or 50mm (The size will determine the degree of adjustability)
Aluminium Profile fixing:
2 M4 Screws 7mm (Depending on the aluminium profile)
2 M4 T nuts
Belt Bearing:
1 M3 15mm
1 M3 Nut
Belt Bearing
The nuts are introduced by force on part B.
The parts have been printed using PLA and 0.2mm layer height.
