All of these parts for the Xilo Blue Hornet FPV quadcopter are designed to print without supports. I find it easier to pluck drooping bridges from a roof rather than dig out supports from a cavity of a flex part.
-Arm guards to protect the ends (the arms snap really easy, so this part seems like just extra weight as the arms will be replaced before the ends can get chewed up) There is a long and a short version in the files. One reason to like this type is that the strap covers the bearing hole in the arm to keep debris out of the motor bearing.
-Capacitor mount that holds a Matek buzzer between the camera and the stack. Mount with PSA to the frame, or drill a small hole and use a screw to secure.
-Runcam 5 or Session socket. This works fine, I am just concerned that the fold out flanges for the upper standoff may be weak and tear off in a hard crash. So far it is fine, despite snapping arms, breaking a Runcam lens - these shatter REALLY easily (I added additional bumpers around front of socket), and various other mishaps with this stepchild of a frame. I am working on a more robust attachment, just haven't had time to finish it.
-Tail roller if you don't want to drag your Hornets behind in the mud. I tried to minimize friction to the standoff with narrow bearing surfaces so it rotates easily, but its still not going to rotate in a landing. I have a fat one coming that is bigger in Ø in the middle but this will require modification of the carbon antenna plate to fit.
-A battery Velcro platform to allow the use of locking Velcro to help hold your battery. This frame is hard to hold a larger battery securely (at least for me), even with 2 straps. Some Velcro here is working for me. I have used both Flex and PLA/ABS for this and both work.
-If you have the bizarre desire to mount 20x20 boards to the upper frame assembly, then I have your solution. I mounted a Runcam Split pcba to the upper frame so that the entire Video system comes off with the upper frame and only has 2 cables to the stack to be disconnected. Your mileage may vary.
