I loved the original idea and decided to adapt it for my Decathlon BTWIN 900 mini lock. I think this is the most accessible lock on the planet (being from Decathlon) so I decided to share. I also fixed a few issues the original design had, and screwed up a few other things to make up for it:
-now there are two options for fixture, you either tap your own thread, or use M5 nuts (choose the STL file accordingly)
-I switched the direction of the bolts, which allowed me to make the mount top-loading for more security, though now you have to use exactly M5x50mm bolts
-I beveled a spot on the clamp that touches the cables, rubbing against sharp edges does no good. I SCREWED UP THE FILE ORIENTATION, MAKE SURE TO PRINT WITH THE BEVELS FACING UP AS IN THE PHOTO!!!
-with the original design the bottom part of the lock would eventually jump off the deck causing rattling noise, quite annoying if you ask me, and dangerous if you attempt to fix it at 35km/h. For this I designed a little retainer that will keep it in place. Make sure to clean the rubber deck grip properly, then attach using double-sided tape or a glue of your choice. I SCREWED UP AGAIN THE SAME WAY, DAMN ME!!!
-the two parts of the clamp would lock against each other before they could clamp the scooter's tube properly (not sure whether PRO and original M365 have slightly different tube profiles or what), so I added 2,5mm of clearance
-sorry for the massive STLs, I forgot to change the settings, enjoy the high fidelity
-print using your favourite filament, I used carbon fiber PLA (perfect color match). All should be printable without supports, depends on your settings tho.
