This remixes the awesome contribution from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2505837 in such a way, that it can be attached to the ender-4 stock carriage plate.
In comparison to the original, two elongated holes have been made in order to allow sliding over stock stock endstop mount. Also a third hole for mounting the stock endstop on this remix has been made.
It was necessary to relocate the x axis endstop in order to attach proper part cooling fan left to the hotend.
Hint:
I use lower x carriage stiffener which is the triggering point for the endstop, but if you attach a stud on the downward facing side of the x-axis, you can use this as a moveable triggering point.
