This is a dust shoe for the X-carve CNC router with a DeWalt 611 router. Print both pieces in ABS or PLA and glue brush bristles into the bottom.
Buy two $2 brushes from Harbor Freight for the bristles.
Wrap tape around each row of bristles to make the process a little cleaner
Cut the bristles off with a knife
Hot glue the bristles into the slots and enjoy the lack of dust
