For easier installation and tightening of the X-Axis belt on a Wanhao Duplicator i3. Requires a M3x30 (or longer; 40mm is recommended) screw and a M3 nylock nut.
Update 04/07/2016: Uploaded corrected bearing block for Igus bushings. Uploaded a bearing block option with Igus integrated. Renamed and reorganized the files. Came up with clever name "X-Tension."
The files now available are:
X-Tension_Bolt_On_To_Stock_Bearing_Block.stl - For use with the stock aluminum blocks, or with individually printed bearing blocks. If used with the stock aluminum blocks, you will need to tap threads into the blocks. The 3D printed bearing blocks by tahustvedt have threaded holes all the way through. Download the bearing blocks at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1172838. If this option causes the bottom of the belt to not run parallel with the top of the belt, you may need amkza's remix at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1535626.
X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_for_Stock_Bearing.stl - If you're printing the bearing blocks anyway, I recommend printing this one with the belt tensioner integrated. It has even thicker walls for added strength, and the belt grips are a little lower for better alignment with the motor and pulley. This file uses tahustvedt's "tight bearing hole" block for use with linear ball bearings such as the stock LM8UU bearings, or longer LM8LUU bearings.
X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_for_Igus_Bushing.stl - Same as above, but this file uses tahustvedt's "oversized bearing hole" version for use with the Igus Drylin bushing, model number RJ4JP-01-08.
X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_with_Igus_Combination.stl - This version of the tensioner with bearing block uses 3DDOC's bearing block with the Igus bushing built in.
X-Tension_Clip_01.stl - The original clip design. This requires the belt to be cut shorter, but it looks a lot cleaner.
X-Tension_Clip_02.stl - New clip design based on JonBAL's clip idea. The belt can be looped around the clip meaning it does not have to be cut shorter. The excess can be rolled up and zip tied out of the way. I enhanced JonBAL's clip by making the part of the clip the belt wraps around thicker for additional strength.

This remix was created to aid easier printing with fewer supports needed. You should be able to print any of the above parts with no supports.
