Only hardware required is 608ZZ skate bearing, which you should already have.
I seem to have lost the original bearing that was used, so it didnt fit on the bolt. I also wanted to be able to apply tension to the belt, since im using a different belt that doesnt hook into the notches enough to hold tension.
See screenshot for assembly. Bolt and nut goes through, bearing goes on bolt. Thread belt through before putting nut and bolt through the slot. Body bends around (works with PLA) and grabs onto the hex head and bolt. Larger diameter bolt is threaded through body, goes into a slot in the pad. Pad's curved surface matches the curved surface of the gantry.
With this system, it will never slip and lose tension.
