Hi,
you find at this page a winch mount or adapter for WPL B36 bumper.
This type of winch is used:

At first you should install the adapter to the bumper. You need to drill holes in the bumper to fix it. Maybe 3 screws (M3 countersunk) should do this job.
Next step is to assemble the winch to the adapter with compatible screws.
