Update 2/3 : added new videos
Update 1/20 : printed skull - holes in nose area for mouth guides need work, printed guides at 90% scale worked in left side but no-go on right side. Broke skullPistons even though printed at 100% infill, glued back in place seem to function. Added leds to eyes with 470ohm resistor and hot glued them to eyeMount, also added red lens lightly sanded both sides of lens to diffuse light. Updated xAxis with longer slots for screw, had hard time lining up with eyes on previous.
Update 1/16 : uploaded files with reduced meshes, able to add complete stl and meshmixer files. Any file with a number behind it is newer version, except for those labeled 2X.
A work in progress, but I think it's far enough along to share. Huge Thanks and shout out to everyone whose parts I used in this remix. Have printed the eye mechanism and it works, will post link to sd card image after i shrink it down (currently 32Gb card). WARNING! DON'T PRINT SKULL AS-IS, you have to import skullPistons and move them in to position, (if you're using cura) then change the infill for the pistons to 100% using the "Per Model Settings" button on the left. Print skull and skullRear with tree supports, normal supports on everything else. Those 3 spots on skull and skullRear are spots for magnets to keep head closed.
