I modeled the frame so that the LED Strip I bought will fit into each one of the letter squares. After printing all the parts I glued them together with Gorilla Glue and clamped them overnight. After the glue dried I scraped the excess glues seeping out of the cracks. Next came the putty to cover all the seams. I sanded down the the dried putty to smooth out the rest of the seams.
Next I used chrome spray paint on the inside of the frame to better reflect the LED lights and I used black matte spray paint over the front of the frame to prime it before the Epoxy goes on. I put foam sealant in the openings in the back of the frame. This doesn't really serve a purpose, It just made the print time shorter by not filling it all in.
For the Epoxy I used this. I put blue painters tape along the entire front side so I could epoxy the letters first. Next I applied Epoxy to the front of the frame. While the front Epoxy was drying I used a blow torch to git rid of all the bubbles.
