Frequency counter enclosure.
It is designed for use wireless with internal 9v battery and any antenna.
I drilled a 6.5mm hole on the top case for fitting a SMA type connector (i designed without this hole just for your choice).
I tested several antennas from my RC and Ham radio stuff (VHF-UHF types) and get the best results with the larger one, also tested the counter on HF, VHF and UHF bands with the same antenna getting great and precise results. You can also attach a simple wire if you dont have any antenna.
If you want a wired varinat of this thing check this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1160233
I have my 11m ham radio perfect PLL aligned using these types of counters and a simple multimeter.
BOM:
-Use 4pcs M3x10mm and 4pcs M3x20mm bolts for the box. If you want to fix also the optional 35º angle holder you need to replace two of 20mm bolts by 25mm ones.
-Frecuency counter board: It is a cheap one (about 11€ at today date), works from 0,1MHz to 2.4GHz and has 8 digits.
-Switch type: It is a round type and the mounthing hole is 20mm diameter (mine has also a 12v LED inside).
-Battery: I use a 9v type one with connector.
