Window blind motor using an ESP8266 and 28BYJ-48 stepper motor. Electronics and motor are fully encased, and are detachable from separate mounting plate. Requires one 6000 bearing for the drive assembly, and one 6000 or 608 for the opposite side. Also uses two M3 machine screws and nuts to attach motor.
Assembly
1) Bypass/short protection diode on ESP8266 to prevent overheating and voltage drop to motor
2) Install bearing and drive gear onto case bottom
3) Screw motor and its gear onto case top and snap together, ensuring gears mesh
4) Flash with https://github.com/marecl/motor-on-roller-blind-ws
5) Install electronics and verify functionality
Installation
1) Remove end cap from non-functioning side of blind and insert onto motor assembly.
2) Place bearing insert into bearing, and press onto the other side of the blind on the flat blade
3) Attach mounting plates to wall
