Weiging Hopper with Screw Feeding

A loss in weight type hopper (also known as gravimetric hopper).
Hopper is sized to hold 50 kilo-grams of dry (powder or granules) mixtures. It's U-shape will minimize powder deposition; whereas, stirrer will keep mixture consistent and scrape of walls too.
Screw designed to unload 3 KG/min when powdered by Bonfiglioli VF-44 gearbox with reduction ratio of 1:35.
Hopper rests on 4 single point Mettler Toledo load-cells capacity of 50 KG each (MT-1241).
Entire frame is covered by Stainless Steel easy clean panels for maintaining utmost hygiene and safety concerns.
