Wehr Covered Bridge was built in 1841 and was originally known as Siegers Bridge. The bridge is located over the Jordan Creek in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The bridge was re-named after Wehr's Mill was built just upstream of the bridge in 1862. The bridge is of the Burr Truss style. The total structure is 140 in length and about 17 feet wide. This bridge is one of two that are located in South Whitehall's Covered Bridge Park. This one is located at the western end of the park. #Allentown #Burr_Truss #Covered_Bridge #Covered_Bridge_Park #Jordan_Creek #Lehigh_Valley #Pennsylvania #Philsey #South_Whitehall
